この日は遅くなってから池袋の万事快調へお邪魔しました。
まずはビール。
沼津市のベアードビールの「沼津ラガー」。
香りも味も良いラガービールは、いわゆる大手のラガーとは違って美味しいですね。
お通しは、「キンカンスモーク、マスタード添え」。
鶏の玉子（の卵）のスモークはマスタードを付けると味がしまりますね。
お酒は、「秋鹿 生酛 純米生原酒 山田錦 精白70％」、しっかりとした味わい、常温で楽しみました。
肴は、「刺身盛り合わせ」。
「水蛸」
「黒鯛」
「鰹」。鰹がなかなか美味しかったです。
続いては、「丹沢山 山廃純米 若水」、燗酒が旨いです。
今宵の「呑んべい盛り」は…、
「からすみ」
「豚バラスモーク」
（ちょっと見えにくいですが）「ナマコ酢」です。
お酒は、「十字旭日 生酛 改良雄町70％ 純米原酒」。これも燗酒でいただきました。
さらに、「スモーク盛り合わせ」をオーダー。
「鰹の臍」
「味玉」「鯖」。鰹のへそは珍味です。
ここで「悦凱陣 讃州雄町 無濾過純米 65％精白」。
スモークに合います。
口直しは、「サンクトガーレン エルディアブロ」、麦酒だけれどバーレーワインです。
熟成された麦酒はワインのようで、味は濃厚で香りも豊かです。
〆は、「純米 白影泉 ７号」の常温です。
心地よく飲んで、食べて、ご馳走様でした。
