春！「ボンゴレ ビアンコ」で白ワイン！

新しく仕入れた白ワインを飲みたくて、上板橋の「すしやあづま　ニカイ」へお邪魔しました。






はじめは、いつもの「なみなみスパークリングワイン」からですね。

口からお迎えです。






お通しは、「バッケト　オリーブオイル添え」。

スパークリングワインを飲みながらバケットをパクッと…、一日の終わりに似合います。






前回も美味しかった「そら豆とペコリーノロマーノチーズ」をオーダー。







春の味、美味しいです。






白ワインは、マスターが気に入って新しく仕入れたというTerre d'Alturaのピノ・グリージョ（品種）です。





香りも良く、バランスのとれた白ワインです。








メインの料理は、これも春の味、アサリを使った「ボンゴレ　ビアンコ」です。







芯のあるアルデンテのパスタに身がプリプリしたアサリが絶妙です。塩味も効いて、抜群ですね。






お代わりの白ワインは、いつもの「La Cala　ヴェルメンティーノ・ディ・サルデーニャ」






爽やかで飲みやすい白ワインです。






〆は、蒸留酒のグラッパ「Bianca SELEZIONE」。飲みやすいグラッパです。






キープしてある『マイグラス』でいただきました。

春を食した夜でした。
