「納豆おあげ焼き」で一杯！ [グルメ・クッキング]
新宿区千駄ヶ谷五丁目（ＪＲ代々木駅と東京メトロ新宿三丁目駅近く）にある「ウォータリングホール」にお邪魔しました。
ここは地生ビールのお店です。
カウンターに座りましたが、いろいろなものが飾られていて、見ていても楽しいです。
まずはビール。
ビールは、埼玉県川越市のコエドブルーワリーのCOEDO「紅赤」です。
麦芽とサツマイモ（紅赤）を使って作られています。
香ばしい甘さとちょっと感じるほろ苦さが旨いビールです。
肴は、「納豆おあげ焼き」。サッポロラガー「赤星」のほうが合いますね。
選択に失敗しました。
ビールも肴も美味しいのに、ミスりました。
続いて、長野県の木曽路ビール「ペールエール」をハーフサイズで…。
爽やかでフルーティな香りと味で、スッキリとしています（はじめはこれだったかも…）。
肴は、「秋鮭のフィッシュ&チップ」。某テレビ局で放送していた『世界のまずい料理の国』、№1はイギリスでしたが、その中でも、「フィッシュ＆チップス」はレポーターが顔をしかめていました。
しかし、日本の「フィッシュ＆チップス」は違います。
ポテトフライは粘り気があり、柔らかく美味しかったです。油っぽくないし…。
自家製のタルタルソースも美味しいです。
次は、アメリカ・オレゴン州のローグ社「ヘーゼルナッツ・ブラウン・ネクター」。
思ったほどナッツの香りは強くありません。苦味があって、香ばしいビールです。
〆は、やはり「バーボン」。ディッケルです（オンザロックでＷでしたが、写真撮り忘れです）。
甘くて芳醇な香りと切れの良い飲み口、辛口で旨いですね。
この日の選択ミスを帳消しにするバーボンでした。
ご馳走様でした。
納豆が間に挟まってる油揚げは、いただいた事があるんですけれど、上にのってるのは初めて見ました。

かきかきさま、コメントをありがとうございます。地ビールのお店なのですが、板さんは小生のブログに良く出てくる池袋の坐唯杏にいた人なので、和風の肴もあります。若い人が多い店なので、おじさんの雰囲気とはちょっと合わないかも…。
