ラーメン屋で「鴨汁坦々麺汁なし」の前に飲む！

池袋・坐唯杏の蕎麦とうどんの麺を作っている「乙麺造場」に出かけてきました。







２回目の訪問です。池袋からバスで１０分強、中丸町坂下の停留所から歩いて１分ほどの川越街道沿いです。






はじめはビール、サッポロラガー・赤星です。





お通しは、「煮玉子とメンマ」。ビールを飲みながらつまみます。






つまみは、「貝スモーク」。噛めば噛むほど味が出てきます。





「鴨スモーク」。坐唯杏とあまり代わり映えのしない飲み方ですね。





お酒は、「宗玄 歩　特別本醸造」です。スッキリとした味わいのお酒です。






やや甘く感じられますが、いくらでも飲めそうです。スッキリしているから甘く感じるのでしょう。






「小松菜のおひたし」は板さんのサービスでした。







ここでお酒は「宗玄　無濾過純米　山田錦」になりました。クセのない、美しいお酒です。






「漬けもの」は、大根と蕪。よく漬かっていて、酒のつまみに最高です。






お酒のお代わりは、「鶴齢　純米　山田錦」。






これも美味しいお酒です。漬け物に合いますね。






〆は、「鴨汁坦々麺 汁なし 小盛り」。





スープは贅沢にも鴨出汁です。前回食べたときよりも、味が深くなって、コクが加わったような気がします。







麺はフィットチーネのような平打ち麺、ピリ辛の挽肉と半熟たまご、ネギを良くかき混ぜて…





鴨出汁につけていただきます。コクを増したスープと担々麺の相性は良いようです。






ピリ辛ですが、次々と口の中に入っていきます。飲んだ後なので、小盛でも量は十分でした。

中華そば専門店・・・・の看板なのに美味しそうな酒がいっぱい。
ラーメン屋さんなのか飲みやさんなのか、・・・・謎です。
鴨汁のつけ麺、美味しそうですね。麺に玉子と肉をかれめて汁につける・・・・どんな味でしょう。とても気になります。

さる１号様、「中華そば専門店」というより「鴨汁中華そば」が専門のお店ということで、酒のつまみも日本酒も充実しています。焼酎もありましたね。よく行く、池袋の坐唯杏と同じなので、つまみも酒もほぼ同じです。
鴨汁は、なかなか良いスープが出ていたのでこれからも楽しみです。
