「 焼きそら豆」で一杯！ [グルメ・クッキング]
この日も地元の居酒屋「日本海庄や」にお邪魔しました。
飲み物は、「白ホッピー」割り。
お通しは、「大根、がんもどき、ふき、かにかま、銀杏」の煮物です。
肴は、「赤貝刺身」。身はコリコリとした食感で、甘味もあって旨いですね。
次は、「焼きそら豆」。
茹でたのと違って、そら豆の豆の味がしっかりと出ているようです。
大好物の「薩摩屋の本格さつま揚げ」。どれも美味しいさつま揚げです。
次は、「まるごと一杯イカフライ」を店長のアドバイスに従って、ハーフサイズに…。
それでも十分に量がありました。
ソースも良いけど、マヨネーズが良かったです。
それにしては、このイカは大きすぎです。
最後の揚げ物は、ちょっと堪えました。
ご馳走様でした。
いろいろ食べた後の巨大イカの揚げ物・・・美味しいけどお腹は一杯というところですね。ほっぴーはカロリーがほとんどないからきっと大丈夫ですよ
