「鮟鱇の唐揚げ」で一杯！ [グルメ・クッキング]
この日は地元の居酒屋「日本海庄や」にお邪魔しました。
店の人と新年のあいさつを交わしてカウンター席へ。
飲み物は、「白ホッピー割り」です。
お通しは、「煮物」。大根、がんも、カニ、マグロ竜田揚が入っています。
肴は、「真鱈と白子の松前焼き」。
軽く炙った白子が旨いです。口に入れると暖かい白子のトロッとした感触が口中に広がります。
真鱈も紅葉おろしのポン酢で引き締まった味になります。
次は、「鮟鱇の唐揚げ」。
柔らかい鶏肉のような食感の鮟鱇唐揚げです。
お酒が進む旨さです。
次の肴は、「串焼き」。
ねぎま、左から、ベーコンアスパラ巻き、ボンジリ、ネギマ、なんこつ、つくね、すべて塩で焼いていただきました。
ボンジリの脂身が美味しいですね。
お酒は、「角ハイ」です。
鶏肉が続く新年の居酒屋です。
