「ひやおろし」「秋あがり」を味わう！ [グルメ・クッキング]
西武池袋線江古田駅南口から徒歩2分、千川通り近くにある「暁」に久しぶりにお邪魔しました。
まずはビール、アサヒの「プレミアム熟撰 生」の小グラスです。
これも結構美味しいビールで、スーパードライより遥かに好きです。
お通しは、三点盛りです。
「枝豆」、枝豆は味が濃くて美味しかったです。
「イカ墨（？）ごはん揚げ」
黒いご飯を揚げたもので、驚きましたが、結構美味しかったです。
多分、イカ墨ベースだと思いますが、イカ墨の癖はありませんでした。
「イワシ煮」です。
鰯も良く味がしみていて美味しかったです。
お通しに続いてお酒も「利き酒三種」です。
秋の「ひやおろし」や「秋あがり」十種の中から3種類を選べます。
右から、高知県土佐市の亀泉酒造「亀泉 純米吟醸 高育63号 55%」
香川県観音寺市の川鶴酒造「川鶴 特別純米 オオセト55%」
山形県山形市の秀鳳酒造場「秀鳳 純米吟醸 おいこまち50%」です。
それぞれ違う風味で楽しめました。オオセトを使った川鶴が好みでした。
「刺身」も三点盛りです。「カンパチ、タコ、真鯛」。
やはり刺身には日本酒ですね。
次のお酒は、静岡県静岡市清水区の三和酒造「臥龍梅 純米吟醸 超辛口 生」。
切れ味の良い超辛口です。
つまみは、「谷中生姜」。
今年はあまり食べていなかったので、ピリッとした生姜が旨いです。味噌が良いですね。
埼玉県蓮田市の神亀酒造「神亀 純米酒 上層中汲」です。
しっかりとした味のお酒には、この肴ですね。
「ぼんじり焼き」です。
香りと脂の甘さ、旨さがたまりません。
栃木県さくら市の㈱せんきん「線香花火 純米 無ろ過生原酒」です。
これも良いですね。
このお酒は「ひやおろし」ではないそうで、9月に入って蔵出しをしたお酒で、酒米に「愛山」を使っていて、夏の終わりを惜しむお酒だそうです。
おまけで板さんから、いただきました。板さんとは東中野の「しもみや」つながりです。でもお店の休みが同じ月曜日なので、行けないと嘆いていました。
良く飲みました。
大満足、ご馳走様でした。
まさに、最高の酒に、抜群の肴ですね。

こんばんは またきちゃいました。
(^<^) わが家の小さな畑で作った採れたての枝豆を
ちょい堅めに茹でて お酒のお供に食べてもらいたくなっちゃいました。
(^。^) 今年の枝豆は特に最高でしたよ

さる1号さま、コメントを有り難うございます。多分「イカ墨」のご飯を揚げたものだと思いますが、イカ墨のパスタのようなクセは無かったです。ひょっとして、食炭だったりして…。違うと思うけど…、自信がありません。
