ランチは「ユッケ石焼きビビンバ」！ [グルメ・クッキング]
休日に北斎展（後編）を日本橋三越前にある三井記念美術館で見た後、池袋へ。
買い物もあったので「LABI1日本総本店 池袋」へ行きました。
そこで気になっていた７Fのレストランフロアで遅めのランチです。
9店舗入っていますが、その中の「KollaBo」にお邪魔しました。
注文したのは、「ユッケ石焼きビビンバセット」です。
まず、サラダとキムチが来て、しばらくしてメインの「ユッケ石焼きビビンバ」がスープとともに登場しました。
ビビンバを良くかき混ぜます。もちろんユッケにも火を通します。
熱々のビビンバをいただきました。石焼くビビンバの良いところは、オコゲですよね。
あの香ばしい焼きめしは何とも言えません。
ランチですがビールは飲みませんでした（休肝日、我慢です）。
量は少なめでしたが美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
