寒くなって「おでん」で一杯！

雨が一日降っていて、気温も下がっていました。こういう日は、おでんですね。





そんなことで出かけたのが、六本木にある「酒友」です。

杉玉が飾られてる「はせがわ酒店」がやっているお店です。




まずは、ビールで喉を潤します。
埼玉県のコエドブルワリーの瑠璃〜Ruri〜、瓶生です。
爽やかな口当たりですが、ビールの旨さが感じられます。




最初のオーダーは、「青森県産しじみの酒蒸し」。





アサリの酒蒸しのように濃厚ではありませんが、蜆の旨さが滲み出ている酒蒸しです。
肝臓にも良さそうな一品です。





お酒は、福岡県うきは市の㈱いそのさわ「駿　純米吟醸　山田錦５０％」です。

スッキリと綺麗な美味しさで、蜆の味を引き立てます。




何と、杜氏は渡辺貞夫さん。同姓同名ですね。蔵の中ではジャズが流れていたりして…。






続いて、「湯豆腐のしらす　青のりかけ」。





湯豆腐にたっぷりの青のりがかかっていて、海の香りがする湯豆腐です。





合わせるのは、神奈川県相模原市の久保田酒造「純米吟醸　相模灘　備前雄町５０％」

雄町の酸味を抑えて、上品に仕上げられています。




冷蔵庫には日本各地のお酒が…。見ているだけで楽しくなります。


いよいよ「おでん」です。




選ぶのも楽しいのですが、だいたいいつもと同じものになりますね。






注文したのは、「がんも」、「ちくわぶ」、「東京揚げ」、「はんぺん」。





その中で一番好きなのは「ちくわぶ」です。




ただ、小麦粉に水と塩を加えて練ったものですが、関東の人間にとっては馴染みの種です。

前にも書いたかもしれませんが、岡山にいたときは存在さえも知られていませんでした。




続いて、宮城県大崎市の新澤醸造店「限定純米吟醸　あたごのまつ　うすにごり本生」です。

爽やかな甘さがありますが、キレもあり飲みやすいお酒です。




ちょっこっとつまみは、「銀杏塩焼き」です。

殻を剥きながら、銀杏を味わいます。





〆は、高知市の酔鯨酒造「中取り純米酒　酔鯨　アキツホ５５％」です。

キリリと締まった味わいで、締めにふさわしいお酒でした。
